Scribble and Scrap Challenge 14

'Anything Goes'

Hi Everyone, hope you are having a lovely weekend and enjoying any crafty time.

Its time for another fabulous challenge from Scribble and Scrap.

As usual, anything goes so you can really let your imagination run wild and create anything.

Projects created using a Scribble and Scrap image will qualify for the special prize selected by Random.org of £20  

and if using another image it will be £15 to spend in the Scribble and Scrap Shop

The top three will all receive a £5 voucher and dont forget if you want to try for Guest Designer, put GDT after your name.

Vintage Girls Photo Topper Sheet 1 

I have used the Vintage Girls Photo Topper Set 1, layered her onto a doily cut into four. The papers are from Vintage Paper Set 1 and have been distressed using Tim Holtz distress inks. The lace, butterflies and flowers are from my stash.

Scribble and Scrap Challenge 13

'Anything Goes'

Hi everyone, hope everyone is having a good day whatever you are doing.

Its time for another fab challenge over at Scribble & Scrap.

Challenge 13 and as usual 'anything goes' so you can really let your creative side come out.

The prize is chosen by Random.org and the winner will receive a £15 Scribble and Scrap vouncher to spend in the shop, if a Scribble and Scrap image is used the prize will be a fantastic £20.

As for my DT card, i have decided to go Vintage:-

The papers I have used from the Scribble and Scrap Store

are :- Vintage paper set 1 and Grungy Florals - pastels

I have coloured in the image using Copics, the papers as listed above can be found in the store, i distressed the edges and used Tim Holtz distress inks. The flowers, lace, butterflies, horseshoes and pearls are all from my stash, the sentiment is Kanban.

Jems Designs 'Love and Hearts' CD

Hi Everyone, hope you are all keeping well and doing some happy crafting.

Ive had a couple of days off work so have been making the most of my time in the sunshine with my dog and in the craft room having a play.

Just to let you all know that as from 27th February 2014, the Love and Hearts CD will be exclusive to the Jems Designs Website.

Vintage style card

Hi everyone, quick post from me today, popped up to Sunrise Crafts today to have a mooch around and the lovely lady there Bhanu, show me a little bit about distressing.

So i had a go at my first vintage card

Springtime by Saturated Canary was coloured in using copics, i used Tim Holts distress inks to distress the edges and also used vintage rose frantage for the corners, the backing papers are from my stash as are the pearls and the lace and doilies, also the flowers. The sentiment is Kanban which i have distressed.

Scribble and Scrap Challenge 12

(Anything Goes)

Hi Everyone, hope you are all well , today sees the start of  a new fortnightly challenge from Scribble and Scrap, challenge 12, 'Anything Goes'.

We also are seeing a new additions to the Scribble and Scrap shop of gorgeous instant downloadable backing papers and sentiments.

For my DT card this challenge i am showcasing the lovely new backing papers

Black hearts on white - Monochrome Set 1 sku0096 

and Pink hearts on white - In The Pink Set 1 sku0091

I have coloured the image using Graph-its, 

the hearts  have been punched out using a heart punch 

I have layered the backing papers onto silver and red mirror card,

and the image has been cut out using a Spellbinders Grand Decorative Square.

Roxanne & Oinks

Hi Everyone, hope you're all have a lovely Sunday crafting or whatever you are doing.

I've been having a play with the lovely digi from Lacy Sunshine 'Roxanne & Oinks'

She is just so cute, loved every minute of colouring her.

I coloured her in using my Graph'its, had to wait a while for the brush nibs to become available but I managed to get some recently, so i was all set to go.

I have used the backing paper from  a lovely Hunkydory kit I had forgotten I had.

The Sentiment is from another kit and the peels off, pearls and butterflies are from my stash.

Bashful Button and Bows Boo

Hi Everyone just a little post from me today, been colouring in a lovely Lacy Sunshine image called Bashful Button and Bows Boo.

I think she is so cute and really enjoyed trying out different colours on her.

I have used a patchwork backing on silver mirror card, two doilies on either side of her. The image is cut out using a Grand Spellbinders die and layer onto the same only the larger one.

She is coloured in using a mixture of Copics and Graphit markers.

The flowers and ribbon and the butterflies and peeloffs are all from my stash.
